At the shipping step, you can view the delivery options for your orders. If you wish, there is also an in-store pickup option. Depending on the shipping company you choose, all orders are shipped the same day, and for some couriers, orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched the same day. For certain couriers, this process may take up to the next day. This information is specified in the shipping options step.

Except in cases where the product is defective, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not available for commercial sales. If needed, you can contact your customer representative to submit your request. The suitability of your request will be reviewed, and you will be informed as soon as possible.

Browse product details on /, choose the items you like, and add them to your cart.

Set the Delivery Address  
Select a previously saved address or add a new one. You can change the address before your order is shipped.

Shipping Information  
After selecting the shipping company, click the "Continue" button.

Choose Your Payment Method  
Select one of the available options: Bank/Credit Card, Cash in Store, Bank Transfer, or Alternative Payment.

Order Summary  
Before confirming your order, review and edit your information in the "Order Summary" section.

Complete Your Order  
Once you are sure all information is correct, click the "Complete Order" button to finalize your purchase.
